Time for the two of us to enjoy ourselves," Margot chimes in, willing to run with the new manager for a while first, if one is found. "Because taking over an existing business is not so obvious. I have built up a good clientele here in those five years and would regret it if that were to be lost. My heart and soul are in this business," she concludes.
