Deurne - Acquisition of cold bakery.
We hereby offer our business to take over due to health reasons. For 15 years we have been successfully running a bakery in Deurne (Noord). It is a cold bakery, but we bake a lot of things ourselves such as pistoles, baguettes, croissants, chocolate rolls, etc... in our industrial oven. The bakery has an excellent location where the customers are local people from the neighborhood, as well as commuters and teachers and students from the school across the street. Turnover is between 250 000- 280 000 euro and increases annually as the school has expanded from 300 to +1000 pupils in recent years. We do not own the premises, we are renting the premises. Rent is 970 euro per month + annual fee of +- 1150 euro. Everything can be included in the takeover, from oven, counter, refrigerators, stock of drinks and food, etc. However, it can also be chosen not to take over things that can be reduced from the asking price. The business consists of 3 parts.
