The kitchen is just not that well equipped right now," said Margot, who at 72 finally wants to take some more time for herself. "I met someone a while ago, which has made me look at life differently. Time for the two of us to enjoy ourselves," Margot chimes in, willing to run with the new manager for a while first, if one is found. "Because taking over an existing business is not so obvious. I have built up a good clientele here in those five years and would regret it if that were to be lost. My heart and soul are in this business," she concludes.
