This company organizes tours with vintage cars. The cars are in perfect technical order and specifically adapted for intensive use. The operation relies heavily on the cooperation with event and team building companies as well as on an extensive software for the organization, the bookings and the invoicing, as well as for the touristic information on the tours and game software for competition (much in demand in team building). The software and the concept are set up in such a way that one can easily work with local departments and/or independent partners. The working method is also perfectly applicable to scooters, bicycles, etc. The current location can continue to be rented but that is not an obligation, moving to another location is perfectly possible. There is no staff in the acquisition, the owners are willing to work together for a period to be agreed with a view to the optimal transfer of the customers. Domes or dome tents are lattice constructions that are manually constructed with steel tubes. Because the construction of a dome tent has no support points, it gives a great sense of space and can be used for all kinds of applications. Our tents are therefore the perfect eye-catcher so that events will not go unnoticed. Since corona, I have started to focus more on sector construction. Because I am now very busy in this area, I can no longer focus on the rental of these domes. Our beautiful tents are therefore too much inside, and not used enough. That is unfortunate. So I am looking for someone who wants to actively rent out these tents again. A buyer for all the domes. We have dimensions, dia 7m and dia 9.5m With this we can make different combinations, with different sails. So we have following structures to offer: - dome 7m and 9.5m - soccer dome 7m - stage 7m and 9.5m - lounge 7m and 9.5m We are looking for a buyer who preferably takes over everything. incl frames, sails, ballast blocks, stretchers, bolts, pedestals, .... It is not a takeover of a company, but it is the sale of our tent structures (domes)
