Beveren aan de IJzer - Sale of a widely known talking and eating café

BEVEREN AAN DE IJZER: Sale of a well known pub in picturesque Beveren aan de IJzer on 11a 50ca ground popp. In the second half of the 90's the current owner bought the property to transform it from an old pub to the place to be for young and old in the region. You can go there for "e werkmenspintje" with a pleasant chat at the bar, a freshly prepared snack or ice cream, a regional beer with various regional snacks, a stop for motorcycle meetings and various cycling and walking routes, performances during the fair weekend, theme parties with disco bar, ... too much to mention. Also the proximity of several vacation homes and B&B's invariably attracted people. From the end of the 90's this pub was and is a flourishing business and well known far beyond the Westhoek! In the meantime, many years have passed and there have been constant investments in the business, it has been expanded, a cozy terrace has been built at the back, the living area offers all modern comfort, ... The business will remain open during the sales period (on weekends) but we are looking for an equally enthusiastic successor for this beautiful property. The café space has been decorated with the necessary eye for detail into a super cozy space. The round bar is the main attraction in this space and forms the beating heart of the café where many people can chat about current affairs, the gossip in the village, ... The entire interior was then tackled: new floors (authentic French oak), new plumbing, new electricity, window frames,... all without compromising the individuality and authenticity of the building. In 2015, a new kitchen was installed in the former garage space.
