We hereby offer our business to take over due to health reasons. For 15 years we have been successfully running a bakery in Deurne (Noord). It is a cold bakery, but we bake a lot of things ourselves such as pistoles, baguettes, croissants, chocolate rolls, etc... in our industrial oven. The bakery has an excellent location where the customers are local people from the neighborhood, as well as commuters and teachers and students from the school across the street. Turnover is between 250 000- 280 000 euro and increases annually as the school has expanded from 300 to +1000 pupils in recent years. We do not own the premises, we are renting the premises. Rent is 970 euro per month + annual fee of +- 1150 euro. Everything can be included in the takeover, from oven, counter, refrigerators, stock of drinks and food, etc. However, it can also be chosen not to take over things that can be reduced from the asking price. The business consists of 3 parts. First part is the store itself where customers come in and make their purchases. 2nd part is the place where the industrial oven is, deliveries are made, 2 freezers are located, sink and some storage. This space is also accessible from outside through the garage (through this garage, deliveries are also made). 3rd part is desk with small desk, fridge and freezer + storage of packaging. Adjacent to the 3rd part is another one with sink. Location is very convenient with several schools within a range of 500 meters as the crow flies (more than 6 primary and secondary schools, not counting nurseries). Trams and buses run right in front of the business and have a stop 50 meters away. The residential area is known to be quiet with lots of families and older people. Parking is also not a problem. Often a lot of parking available right in front of the bakery, as well as you can park on the street to walk in and out without bothering the traffic (neighborhood police also does not make a problem of this). Asking price for the takeover is 35 000 euro, incl. everything that is currently in the bakery, i.e. incl stock. There is no staff to take over nor obligation of taking over contracts.
