We took over this Cafe with 5 friends. Today we are only open from Wed to Sunday and from 17:00. We have increased our clientele by organizing comedy evenings upstairs, renting out meeting rooms, organizing darts tournaments, ... We have a steady and loyal clientele and would now like to turn the business over to someone who can put all their time into it (and want to keep it open more). There is also a back courtyard that can be decorated. We have just signed a new agreement with Palm that starts in October and is terminable yearly, with the assurance that you can do it for 9 years. This is unique btw, the idea is that we sell our company so you can keep this contract. The property is owned by Palm / Swinkels NV
