Will I receive an invoice after my payment?

First of all, thank you for your payment. Your ad is already online! 
You can rest assured. The invoice is on its way.

Did you enter a VAT number?

Then the invoice comes directly to your bookkeeping via Peppol. But you can also download it from your "My Overnameweb" under the tab Invoices.

Did you not enter a VAT number?

If you did not make the payment on a business basis, you will receive an invoice but in your personal name. It is sent by email but you can also download it at any time in your "My Overnameweb" under the tab Invoices.

Have you forgotten to give us your VAT number?

Update your information in your profile and send an email to info@overnameweb.be. We will credit your invoice and create a new one with your VAT number. Of course, your VAT number is only visible to our administration.
