Its financial independence stands at approximately 51%. The second company is the group’s growth engine. In its first full operational fiscal year, it already generated approximately 2.75 million euros in revenue, resulting in an operating profit of approximately 92,000 euros and a net profit of approximately 75,000 euros. Notably, the company has no long-term financial debt and operates according to a lean, scalable subcontracting model with multiple framework agreements. Both companies have a simple shareholder structure and are not involved in any ongoing disputes. According to the sellers, the group represents an attractive proposition for strategic construction companies seeking to strengthen their market position, for buy-and-build investors looking for a platform in the Belgian construction sector, and for international players seeking an operational foothold in Belgium.
